In a recent article, we described the importance of making SMART New Year’s Resolutions. Here, we provide a workout that could help you reach your fitness goal in 2013:

  • 13 jumping jacks for warm-up
  • 13-minute jog/run
  • 13 jump squats
  • 13 burpees
  • 13 jack-knife sit-ups
  • 13 mountain-climbers (on each side)
  • 13-minute jog/run
  • 13 jumping jacks for cool-down
